Shipping
processing of orders USUALLY takes 3-5 business days (not including weekends) but can be more due to demand or difficulty finding item/s or during the holiday season.
Once shipped our express shipping usually takes anywhere from 7-10 days on average but not guaranteed. Business days do not include weekends, we will have the tracking out at our earliest convenience.
Consolidated Shipping: We strive to combine your orders into the fewest shipments to minimize your duties and taxes.
Backorders
Stock Availability: We can’t guarantee constant availability of all items. If an item is out of stock and won’t be available within two business days, we’ll notify you about backorder details or offer a substitute if one is available. For urgent needs, please email us to discuss your options.
Delivery Guarantee
Insurance: All orders are shipped with full insurance.
Reshipment Policy: If your package is lost or blocked, we will reship it at no additional cost to you.
Receipt of Package: Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as unclaimed packages might be returned.
Tracking Your Order Online
Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. This email will guide you on how to track your shipment.
Tracking Update: It might take up to one business day for the tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website. If the tracking information isn’t available initially, please try again the next working day.
Estimated Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: Typically, it takes 5-8 business days for delivery from the time the tracking information is posted on the carrier’s website. But can be longer due to tariff backups, issues with stock, customs ect.
Delays
Possible Causes for Delays:
1-Weather conditions.
2-Shipping to areas outside major cities.
3-Unforeseen carrier issues.
4-Product unavailability.
5-Shipping to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
6-Orders placed on holidays.
7-Issues with credit card authorization and verification.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
