EverythingReps Refund & Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges Window
- Returns and exchanges are eligible within 14 days of receiving your items.
Approval Process
- All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by EverythingReps.
- Customers must provide specific details regarding any issues with the items to initiate a return or exchange request. This may include the request of photos to determine the exact issue with the item.
Refund & Exchange Limitations
- Refunds or exchanges will be denied for reasons such as:
- “An item is off”
- “Not 1:1”
- “Doesn’t pass authenticity checks”
- Please understand that these are replica items produced by both hand and machine, and no item is perfect or entirely free from minor imperfections.
- Any unreasonable return request will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed before a decision is made.
Quality Control (QC) Orders
- Any order for which QC (Quality Check) photos or videos were sent and approved by the customer prior to shipping is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Once QC photos are sent, the customer may request to replace the item up to two (2) times if they are not satisfied with the QC. After two replacement requests, a refund will be issued instead of further QC replacements.
Fault & Responsibility
- If an issue is determined to be the fault of EverythingReps, we will provide a free shipping label for the return or exchange and the item must be sent back to us prior to the new pair being sent out.
- If the issue is not the fault of EverythingReps:
- All items must be sent back to EverythingReps at the customers expense.
- A $30 fee will be charged for shipping a replacement item in an exchange which must be paid prior to a new pair being sent, or
- A $30 deduction will be applied to any refund issued.
Delivered Shipments
As a customer, you agree that if an item is lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered, that is solely the customer’s responsibility and no refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
Once any order is marked “Delivered” by any of the carriers we use, the responsibility of EverythingReps ends.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Steps to Check:
1-First, recheck your bank account.
2-Contact your credit card company; it might take some time for the refund to post.
3-Contact your bank as there can be processing delays.
4-If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@everythingreps.live.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded
Shipping
Return Shipping: You must mail your product to an address which you can obtain by contacting us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Delivery Time: The time for your exchanged product to reach you depends on your location.
High-Value Items: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Custom Tax and Goods Lost Issue (if applicable)
Customs Duties: If customs charges duties, you will pay these, and we will deduct them from your refund.
Goods Lost: If goods are lost during the return process, you are responsible for the loss; refunds are issued only if we receive the returned goods.
