Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
Eligibility: Your purchase is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Documentation: To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
Restocking Fee: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus a $30.00 restocking fee to cover shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Steps to Check:
1-First, recheck your bank account.
2-Contact your credit card company; it might take some time for the refund to post.
3-Contact your bank as there can be processing delays.
4-If you still haven’t received your refund after these steps, please contact us at support@everythingreps.live.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, send an email to support@everythingreps.live and return your item to us.
Shipping
Return Shipping: You must mail your product to an address which you can obtain by contacting us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Delivery Time: The time for your exchanged product to reach you depends on your location.
High-Value Items: For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Custom Tax and Goods Lost Issue (if applicable)
Customs Duties: If customs charges duties, you will pay these, and we will deduct them from your refund.
Goods Lost: If goods are lost during the return process, you are responsible for the loss; refunds are issued only if we receive the returned goods.
