Shipping times are based on delivery location and order size. Shipping times DO NOT include processing times and are estimates NOT guarantees.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We do not cancel orders after 24 hours from purchase. Standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Important Rules
Customs Protection If customs protection is not purchased at checkout and items are taken by customs, we will refund the order minus a standard cost of $50.00 USD per pair and $45.00 USD shipping cost per pair. This policy is agreed to at checkout. If you decide to file a dispute with the bank, we will fight the dispute and ban you from purchasing on our site for life.
We are not responsible for items confirmed delivered. You can file a claim with USPS/FedEx, but if an item is marked delivered, we are not responsible for theft, lost packages, or items marked delivered but cannot be found.
Due to the nature of international shipping and the use of partner postal services, sometimes items will be stuck in transit for days at a time. An item is not considered lost and eligible for being resent until 60 days after its shipped date. If after 60 days the item has not been delivered, we will issue new items for the lost shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.

Failed Delivery, Returned to Sender, or Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be destroyed. The customer will pay a flat rate per pair of $50.00 as the shoes will be lost and we will not be able to recoup them. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping fee incurred as well ($45.00 per pair).
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local carrier center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be destroyed. The customer will pay a flat rate per pair of $50.00 as the shoes will be lost and we will not be able to recoup them. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping fee incurred as well ($45.00 per pair).
Do You Ship Outside the United States?
Yes! We ship worldwide to every country. Shipping times can vary depending on your location.
Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that duties and taxes will be charged to the customer by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs. Everything Reps does not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
